The challenges of the application of governance in light of e-commerce

recommendations :
E-government allows to reduce corruption and makes government accountable;
• Preparing media and advertising programs to clarify the importance of governance;
Formation of information infrastructure;
• Incorporation of advanced technology and means of communication and working to provide the Internet with the strong in general and in particular institutions and departments in order to provide the best services;
Working to manage political gatherings through the Internet to ensure transparency and give citizens the right to accountability;
• E-government promotes citizen participation, abandonment of complications and bureaucracy;
Including concepts of e-governance in facilitation and support centers for small and medium enterprises.
• Providing legal awareness and legislation related to electronic transactions in small and medium enterprises and trying to display them on websites.
• Modernizing the financial and accounting control function of commercial banks through modernizing the communication systems and setting up precautionary and regulatory measures for the banking system;
Achieving information security and reliability;
• Applications of digital economy multi-faceted from e-commerce and electronic banks.
